This is a certificate which is installed on a secure server. An SSL certificate or secure certificate is a file installed on a secure Web server that identifies a website. VOICE-OVER-IP or VOIP

"IP" refers to the technology that carries the data over the internet. VoIP technology replaces the expensive telephone system that most companies require. Existing computer hardware can be used, such as switches, routers and Ethernet cabling, to handle telephone traffic. Telephone system functions such as call-transfer and hold is handled by the software; and telephone devices can be plugged into any network point on your LAN.A VoIP Gateway is a device which connects a telephone device or line to a computer network. You can use a VoIP Gateway to communicate with anyone else on the Internet who is similarly equipped or has software to drive their PC and soundcard. For best performance both ends need broadband connectivity. A common extension of this use is to connect company sites to allow free telephone between the sites. In this scenario, a VPN is established between the two sites over the internet. The VoIP traffic is encrypted as it travels over the internet, but to the users the extensions appear as just another extension on the telephone exchange.
